Chandra and Mona's Sweet Victory!

We want to Congratulate Coach Chandra and Mona Santosa for their truly SWEET VICTORY in Mixed Doubles at the Boston Open 2007 just this past weekend!  They managed to defeat two very formidable and respectable opponents, former world champions Halim Hariyanto and Angie De Pouw!  We are proud!

Another Congratulations to Coach Chandra and our All Star team member, Daniel Gouw whom fought a long and hard 3 games, and WON, a very difficult battle through the Men's Doubles Quarter Finals against very tough opponents, one of which is current Canadian number 1 player.   Unfortunately, they suffered severe cramps during the Semi Finals, otherwise they would have a very prominent chance of entering the Finals battlefield against Halim Hariyanto and Bob Malaythong. They are not giving up and will work doubly hard for their championship goal in their next tournament!  GGBC is very proud and commends them for their stellar performance!
